We are so impressed – Kohler went above and beyond for us. Our aluminum awning had started to tear out of the side of the house, and we were worried it was going to fall and hurt someone. At first, we thought we were going to have to take the entire thing down and have it completely replaced. However, Kohler was able to find the original pictures of our installation in their records, identify the problem, and they came out to our house for a complementary repair. We will be back to order the matching curtains and bug screen, and we will tell all our family and friends about the wonderful service we received. We are so happy, thank you Kohler!!
