We ordered a new awning from Kohler awning. The representative they sent to our home was so helpful and patient as we chose the material and colors. The awning was installed and it is absolutely beautiful. We had a follow up question and they sent someone to our home within days to see what they could do to help us with this question.
I would recommend them not only for their quality of materials but for their excellent customer service.
