In the very rare event that a Kohler Awning will wear out before its time, rest assured, we will be there to stand behind our product. Our excellent reputation sometimes comes at a cost. We know what you should expect from our different products and will offer repair or replacement above and beyond what the fabric manufacturer will provide.

Retractable Warranty
Retractable Installation Warranty
Your new retractable installation is warrantied for 5 years, including wall, under soffit, or roof mounts. The warranty is void if the original installation is disturbed by others.
If the front bar of the awning comes out of level, Kohler Awning will re-level the unit for the first 2 years or the first 2 times (whichever comes first)
Your manufacturer’s warranty does not cover labor on any warrantied part. This includes any second tiered warranty via the electronics, motor, or fabric supplier.
This warranty does not cover acts of God, vandalism or the misuse of the product as described in the manufacturer’s warranty.
Refer to the manufacturer’s warranty on any non-installation item.
